Clarke Elementary is hosting our Drive-By Open House on Wednesday, August 19th. This open house will look similar to the supply pick-up that happened at the end of the 2019-2020 school year. Students are welcome to drive by, drop off supplies and say hello to their new teacher from the comfort of their cars. If dropping off supplies, please label the bag with your student’s name. You will be able to see your child’s assigned teacher on August 14th through Infinite Campus.
Students in grades Kindergarten-2nd are welcome between 4:00-5:00 on August 19th. Kindergarten teachers will be on the south side of the building. First grade teachers will be on the west side of the building. Second grade teachers will be at circle drive on the north side of the building. We ask that only students grades PK-2 come between 4:00-5:00.
From 5:00-6:00 third, fourth and fifth grade teachers will be outside to greet their students. Third grade teachers will be on the west side of the building. Fourth grade teachers will be at circle drive on the north side of the building. Fifth grade teachers will be on the south side of the building. Only students in grades 3-5 will be able to meet their teachers from 5:00-6:00.
We understand that some families may need to come back during each hour, but we appreciate your understanding as we try to social distance and keep our students and staff safe.
