Clarke District

A company has been in our building monitoring the situation.  Parts have been ordered, and we are waiting for them to arrive. We just want to give an update on our current air conditioning situation.  Given the high temperatures today, we expected an increase in room temperatures.  Not all areas of the building are experiencing heat issues. We have classrooms ranging from 60's to high 80's.  The rooms that experiencing higher temps are:  All five kindergarten rooms (uppers 80's), Preschool (low to mid 80's), 4C (Eichhorn) is 80, 5A (Phillips) is 80, and all 1st grade rooms upper 70's to low 80's. We understand that the temperatures are warm.  If you would like to pick up your child early from school, feel free.  We will mark them as an excused absence and we look forward to seeing them again on Thursday morning.
