Please join us Thursday, August 11 from 4:00-6:00pm in the Elementary Gym for our annual Back to School Wellness Fair. This event is FREE and open to all CCSD families and students.
FREE Services Available Include:
• Haircuts (hair checks will be completed prior to haircuts for sanitation and cleanliness)
• Immunizations (offered at no cost if eligible, please bring insurance card if applicable)
• Vision and Hearing Screenings
• School Supplies
• Sports Physicals (Due to time only 10-12 spots will be available- first come, first serve)
