📚🍞 Miss Follmann’s kindergarten class took a trip back in time and learned about bread makers from Colonial America! After reading all about it, they got hands-on and made their own bread using a bread machine. The best part? Tasting their warm, homemade bread with different toppings! 🤩🍯🧈 The whole classroom smelled like a cozy bakery all afternoon, and the kids LOVED every bite! 👏🍞 ----- 📚🍞 ¡La clase de kindergarten de la Srta. 🕷️🐞 Bug-tastic Learning in Second Grade! 🐜🦗 Our second graders had an un-bee-lievable time today with the Iowa State University Insect Zoo! 🏫🔬 As part of their CKLA unit on bugs, this hands-on experience brought their learning to life in the most creepy-crawly way! 🧐📚 The expert from ISU introduced students to a fascinating lineup of insects, sharing fun facts and showing off these incredible creatures up close. But the best part? Today, Miss Follmann’s class hosted Fireside Reading, and it was such a special time!
