After close consultation with other administrators in the area and junior advisors, we’ve made the difficult decision to postpone the 2020 Clarke Community High School Prom.
Many of you have spent the past year or more preparing for the Prom. We're genuinely upset and disappointed not to be able to hold this event at its scheduled time and date.
We want to thank all our students, parents, teachers, administrators, board members, and community members for their support, open discussions and encouragement. As everyone has been reminding us, great things happen when the community comes together and supports each other. For this reason, we intend to explore all possibilities to hold Prom at a later date if possible. We will be working with our Junior Advisors and student leaders to finalize the details and will communicate our plans as soon as we can.
Please understand that the Covid19 Pandemic is a fluid and ever changing event. We suggest that if you haven't already spent money on tuxes and dress then don't do so without further information from Clarke Community High School.
