In Ms. Schade's ELL classes, we read How the Grinch Stole Christmas and did a science experiment with baking soda and vinegar to "grow the Grinch's heart."
Clarke K-12: School will be let out 2 hours early on Friday, December 21st. There will be no school Monday, December 24th through Wednesday, January 2nd due to winter break. Classes will resume Thursday, January 3rd.
The fifth grade Christmas stories will be in the newspaper this Thursday, December 20th. The students are so excited to share their Christmas stories with the community!
The fifth grade Flag Essay assembly! We are so proud of all the fifth graders for participating in this contest. Congrats to Abbie on receiving 1st place. We wish her the best of luck as she competes within the state of Iowa.
